I went to Thorpe Park for the Thorpe Blast event which i have to admit was extremely good. The music created a lovely atmosphere around the park and gave guests the chance to ride the rides in the dark aswell!
The park was fairly quiet with maximum queuing times of 30 minutes which made it much better and didn't need to spend so much money on fastrack Very Happy!

Me and my friends ride count:
Zodiac x2
Quantum x2
Vortex
Samurai
Colossus x2
Loggers Leap
Flying Fish x5
Nemesis Inferno x2
Mr Monkey's Banana Ride
Rush

Fireworks began at 7pm and lasted for about 10 minutes and for that amount of time, the firework display was fantastic!

Here are the videos of the firework display!
Part 1 (Short video of the beginning)

Part 2 (The rest of the firework display)

The sound quality isn't the best and is extremely loud because i filmed it via my mobile phone and me and my friend were near a speaker Very Happy (Not intentional!)

Here's my pictures, also taken via my mobile phone Smile

Good PTR pinklottie. Sounds like you had a good day.
Im glad the Thorpe Blast event seemed to go well, Thorpe seemed to have some serious issues with coping on the busier days of Fright Nights, judging by some reports on other sites, so Im glad it was a nice end to the season.

Thanks everybody! Me and my friend were very impressed with how the day went and will certainly return next year Smile

It was very unfortunate that Stealth wasn't open, especially as when we went in August it was also closed Mad
Maybe next year Smile

I have to agree with you mardy, when i saw the station it surprised as to how big it was Shocked But looks very good that i'll certainly be dragging my friend on that!

Do you just go around correcting people rather than make an interesting opinionated post?

really? .. xD

admin edit - please tone done the language in your posts. The last 2 posts you've made on here both contained strong swear words. There's no need for it really, please consider there are quite a few young members on here.
